Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframe
• Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2–4 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
• Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free delivery is available on qualifying orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure you are available to receive your order and have the exact amount ready at delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your shipment.

Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order may be returned. Please contact us at support@wttraders.store to arrange re-delivery.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
